- Planning and managing for manpower according to requirements of Production Lines.
- Line Balancing to achieve Production Targets in terms of manpower and Working Hrs
- Monitoring and Managing Production Lines in terms of Productivity and providing the feedback regarding the lapses to supervisors
- Generating and Implementing Innovative ideas to achieve Innovation Productivity Targets
- Elimination of Production losses such as Idle Time, Consumable Expenses and Utility Expenses.
- To handle the higher cost model and achieve the KPI As per given plan
