A) R& D Department

Ø Co-ordinate with sales with for day-to-day activity.

Ø Responsible for whole activity in R & D department.

B) Production Department

Ø Involve in Monthly, Weekly and Daily plan for RM/PM dispensing for pellets manufacturing and execution as per plan to achieve the target within timeline.

Ø Supervision of day-to-day activity related to production as per customer priority, documentation as per GMP.

Ø Handling manpower for job distribution to ensure the optimum utilization of manpower and machine for quality production.

Ø Qualification of new equipment’s & requalification of equipment as per periodic or any change in equipment.

Ø Batch records and SOP preparation.

Ø Maintain Shop floor for audit purpose.

Ø Training subordinates as well as operators.

Ø In process controls, rejections controls in order to improve product yield.

Ø Preparation of new documents and controlling of documents of production department.

C) Purchase department

Ø Develop new vendors

Ø Procure raw materials.

Ø Set rates, payment terms as per customer policy.

Ø Whole responsibility of purchase department

D) QA Department

Ø overall responsibility of Quality Assurance department.

Ø documentation related to GMP & WHO, Internal audits,

Ø Preparing BMR, BPR & MFR and checking.

Ø Preparation of SOP, maintain day to day documents properly for Audits (e.g. balance calibration records, BMR, log books etc.) ,

Ø Handling of complaints

Ø Responsibility of FINISH GOOD Quality.

Ø Co-ordinate with Production, Store and QC department for day-to-day activity.

Ø Follow up for day-to-day activities of Quality control department.

Ø Looking all activity related to whole plant and all departments except sales department.

Ø Communication with marketing staff

Ø Development and Evaluation of new coating ready-mix formulations.

Ø Color matching, developing new formulation as per customer’s requirements and company’s product.

Ø Film casting and color matching (shade Card Preparation).

Ø Updating formulation books and R&D Register

Ø Conducting tablet coatings such as Normal Film Coating; Moisture Barrier Coating and Enteric Coating in Conventional Coating Pan

Ø Data analysis on consummation of RM with standard and actual

Variance analysis.

Ø Preparation of Efficiency report.

Ø Other duties assigned.

Ø Independent handling of research and development projects & whole department.

Ø Communication with marketing staff

Ø Sample preparation

Ø Shade matching, developing new formulation as per customer’s requirements and company’s product.

Ø Film casting and color matching (shade Card Preparation).

Ø Updating formulation books and R&D Register

Ø Formulation of data entries in SAP

Ø Tablets film coating (Operating coating pans, mixer cum grinder, vibratory sifter, stirrer etc.)

Ø Data analysis on consummation of RM with standard and actual

Ø Variance analysis.

Ø Preparation of Efficiency report.

Ø Other duties assigned.

Ø Part of Internal Audit Team.

Ø Creating invoices, sending it to customers (bills).

Ø Handling petty cash and accounting (working on Tally)

Ø Correspondence as and when required.

Ø Calling and follow up of customers.
