• Problem Solving & CAPA: Root-cause analyze high-impact field failures, dealer-reported defects (DPR), and warranty claims using data-driven methodologies such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), SWAP, 4M1T, and Why-Why analysis.PDF
• Customer Centricity: Review customer feedback to understand evolving demands, and resolve complaints by establishing immediate containment actions, full diagnostic reviews, and permanent long-term Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) countermeasures.PDF
