Purpose of this engagement was to support the ESA RM Production support, BAU support and enhancements.

• Develop, code, test, and debug software using People Code, SQL, Application Engine, and other People Tools components.
• Developed and performed unit testing on minor and major enhancements with minimal to no defects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and organizational standards.
• Independently troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, debugging People Code and SQL to identify root causes, and proposing innovative technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance for junior developers.
• Provided BAU support in all the SO and Assignment modules.

Purpose of this engagement was to support the Peoplesoft campus solutions with regular Bundle applications, enhancements.

• Provided Production support and User support in all the Security, Admissions and Finance modules.
• Worked on providing, updating & revoking access to the business users throughout the year and created knowledge documents for the same.
• Involved in Change Management for quite some period to deliver critical CR’s and created technical design document for the same.
• Involved in Retrofitting during the People Tools 8.58 upgrade.
• Solid SQL experience, primarily with Oracle.
• Reduced security breaches by 85% by delivering training to all the team members.

Purpose of this engagement was to support the Peoplesoft campus solutions with regular production issues, service requests and problem tickets.

• Resolved minimum 3 tickets each day with strong user satisfaction and dealt with escalated issues from Service Desk for complex incidents.
• Worked to ensure application tickets met all agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Worked on providing, updating & revoking access to the business users throughout the year and created knowledge documents for the same.
