As a cloud solution architect, I was responsible for implementing and creating cloud solutions that meet the business requirements of our client. Helped in approx 800 million saving by performing multiple cost saving and sanitization activities in existing infrastructure.

• Hands on experience in cloud-led modernization of legacy, monolith architectures, through modern, microservices, event driven, containerized, serverless, DevSecOps and other cloud native architectures, technologies, and tools.
• Significant experience in designing and automated deploying large-scale, flexible, secure, highly available, and fault tolerant architectures in Cloud environment.
• Deep technical knowledge in DevOps, Scripting, CI/CD, Network design and Security.
• Hand on experience in setting up Cloud infrastructure for SAP GRC HANA, ESRI, Alteryx, Hyperion, and other applications using terraform.
• Specialized in creating zero-trust cloud network and managing multi-cloud and hybrid architecture.
• Created automated backups, resource monitoring, automated alarms, and notifications.

As a senior AWS engineer, I helped our client to migrate their on-prem applications and data to AWS cloud. Thus helped to save approx 600 million annually on application cost. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with geographically disbursed teams to get the understanding of the application and their requirement.
• Performed application and database assessment to suggest the best possible solution for cloud migration.
• Created cloud recourses such as cloud network, cloud servers, cloud databases and security setup as per clients governing policies.
• Migrated MS-SQL, Postgres, and Oracle databases to multi-AZ RDS databases.
• Created client specific images and deployed all the required software using bootstrapping.
• Created automated backups, resource monitoring, automated alarms, and notifications.

Responsible for managing multiple clients running on our in-house developed application for insurance. Key responsibilities were as follow:

• Started working on AWS run multiple cloud POCs.
• Created EC2 instances, AMIs, RDS databases, VPC networks, Security groups and IAM policies.
• Performing TCO and cloud feasibility analysis.
• Prepared the implementation plan for the project roll-out in production
• Analyze identified Cobol functions and write technical specifications for Cobol to PL-SQL conversion.
• Monitoring and supporting batch Jobs, detecting, and identifying job exceptions, job failures, workflow processing incidents, and a variety of error/alert.

I helped our client in managing their payment processing application by introducing new functionalities in application.

• Coordinating with development and business teams on the new changes being made to the application.
• Worked with multiple teams to push the changes to production.
• Worked on high priority Incidents, restoring the services, apply fixes to the codes
• Monitoring and supporting batch Jobs, detecting, and identifying job exceptions, job failures, workflow processing incidents, and a variety of error/alert.
• Performing month-end batches, year-end batches, disaster recovery exercise, matrix analysis on quarterly basis.
