- As part of the central operations team, facilitated smooth end-to-end processing and resolution support for branch and internal units related to CASA, FD/RD, TDS, and other deliverables. The role involved close coordination with branches, channels, and other operational units to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

- Handling escalation - CEO desk, RBI, social media, Nodal complaints within agreed TAT.
