  • My Main responsibility is to increase market share of deposit and advances of my bank in the district by increasing branch network, increasing IDMS (Incremental deposit market share) and ensuring low cost to income ratio.
  • Smooth branch Audit, operations and compliances are also KRA of my job role.
  • I have to ensure that cluster achieves target for all the products like deposits, assets, cross sell and life insurance products.
  • Identifying good talent from the competition and recruiting them for various positions of the retail branch banking.

I have worked in 3 branches as a Branch Manager as mentioned above. There was a job size growth in each branch where i was trasnferred.

I handled Ringroad, Surat branch last as a branch Manager which was 900 cr book size branch and 30 staff were reporting to me.

  • Smooth Audit and operations, Best customer service, achieving sales target of all banking and TPP products, ensuring resource level productivity, lowest cost to income ratio of the branch.
