• Cabling & Infrastructure Execution: Coordinated and executed the structured low-voltage cabling, conduit routing, and containment checks for the site-wide Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Public Addressing (PAVA) network.
• Field Device Installation: Led the physical installation, mounting, and termination of critical field devices, including smoke detectors, manual call points, response indicators, amplifiers, and ceiling/wall speakers across assigned sectors.
• Testing and Commissioning: Conducted rigorous loop testing, continuity checks, and insulation resistance tests to identify and eliminate open/short circuits prior to final system commissioning.
• System Validation: Collaborated with the commissioning team to test system logic, ensuring fire panels accurately triggered the PAVA voice evacuation system during live mock drills.

• Technical Operations: Spearheaded day-to-day technical operations, overseeing the maintenance of PMS (Property Management Systems), POS terminals, and back-office servers.
• End-User Support & Troubleshooting: Provided rapid-response troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across all hotel departments, minimizing operational downtime.
