Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

• Soil investigation using SPT & ECPT testing methods.
• Revalidation of Vibro-stone column design and initial load testing.
• Excavation and backfilling with imported earth for tank foundations.
• Liasoning with State Govt. & SIEAA for EC & Earth Quarry approval.
• Ground improvement: Installation of Vibro-stone columns, granular blanket & geo grid layer.
• Construction of RCC ring raft & ring wall; sand filling, PVC perforated pipe laying, and bitumen layer application.
• Fabrication, erection, welding, and alignment of vertical tanks.
• Hydro testing, calibration, and painting for final handover.

Key Achievements:

• Implemented cost-effective granular mix alternative for foundation fill, avoiding delays from imported earth shortage.
• Developed and implemented new operational procedures, streamlining daily tasks and improving overall efficiency.
• Optimized scheduling practices to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours while minimizing labor costs.
• Achieved ₹66.45 Cr turnover in FY 2023–24 and 90% project progress within schedule.

Role: Co-ordinator for the Business Development in the State of Karnataka and Kerala

1) Composite Contract for Balance Jobs At GMPL, PTA Plant, Mangalore, Karnataka: Rs. 94 Cr.

2) Architectural Finishing and Public Health Engineering Works for 8 Elevated Stations of Package-1, in Ph-2B line of Bangalore Metro Rail Project: Rs. 99 Cr.

3) Architectural finishing and public health engineering works for 6 elevated stations of package-2 and Dodda Jala of package-3, in phase 2b line of Bangalore Metro Rail Project: Rs. 77.12 Cr.

4) Civil and Structural Works of Bio-ATF Project of MRPL, Mangalore, Karnataka: Rs. 37.84 Cr.

a) Project 1 – FCC-GDS Unit (Oct 2017- Mar-2019)

• Erection of Fracinator column, pumps, blowers etc..
• Structural Main Pipe rack, Technological Structures, Heaters etc.

b) Project 2 – Building Works (Apr 2019- Mar-2022)

• Construction and commissioning of SRU Control Room, Substation, and Satellite Rack Room.
• Composite scope including RCC works, HVAC, false flooring, false ceiling, and P&V systems.

c) Project 3 – SRU Block (Incinerator Stack Erection) (Apr 2022- Jul-2022)

• Erection of 336.5 MT, 80 m high vent stacks in 4 segments using 500 MT Main and 450 MT Tailing cranes.

Delayed Coker Unit – CPCL Manali

• Ensured precise integration of mechanical and structural elements.

BMM-ISPAT Steel Plant – 11,000 MT Structural Works

• Supervised fabrication, assembly, and erection of heavy structural steel for SMS plant, platforms, and auxiliary structures.

• Coordinated GA drawing, as built and fabrication shop drawing reviews.

CPCL – Offsite Piping (UG/ Above Ground)

• At BPCL Kochi: executed laying of 50-inch diameter underground pipeline (1.5 km) with wrapping, coating, and holiday testing.

HPCL, Visakhapatnam – Pipe Rack Frames & Main Air Blower Compressor House

Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

• Directed fabrication and erection of PRFs and compressor house structure.
• Oversaw installation, grouting, and alignment of heavy equipment.
• Ensured welding and bolting conformance to HPCL & consultant standards.
