• Working with onshore in understanding the new KCw tool and implementing this tool at GDC.
• Led the team of 5 professionals whose primary focus was on implementing the audit documention into KCw tool.

• Scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.

Project Plan BOT Project (Jan 22- May 23)

• Facilitated Data Mining initially to verify vulnerability of creating Project plan BOTs.
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
• Prepared Project plan process flowcharts for leadership team better and quick understanding.
• Acted as a team leader in group projects, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Leading BOT calls daily to understand the development of BOTs and share inputs as when required.
• Prepared Project plan BOT tracker for tracking the completeness of Project plan work request.
• Monitored project plan BOT tracker to identify whether templates are removed from drives within time set aside.
