JOB PROFILE: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain co-ordination with marketing team and company management.

Developing new qualities as per requirement from the buyer and executing them till the end of its production.

Following Up of all PD and bulk orders closely and sorting out any issues related to qualities/TNA.

Finalizing prices, delivery schedules and quality parameters before proceeding the orders.

Pre alerts of the fabric qualities to the merchandising team and working to minimise them.

Meeting tight deadlines of buyers, stringent testing parameters, and improving qualities.

Reviewing bulk fabric related to matching/testing and issues.

Individually review colours of Lab dip, Strike-Off, Deskloom, FOB and Bulk shade lots.

Review Test reports to make sure that quality is upto the mark.

Working in cordination with QC team to deliver best fabric at best minimum lead time.

Meeting and communication with suppliers.

Developing new vendors and auditing current vendors to source more updated collection according to trends.

Good hold over system related works, making daily reports.

Handling of third country shipment.

Learned new materials, processes, and programs quickly.

Attended training courses to build understanding of processes, techniques, and industry.

Participated in on-the-job training, working closely with supervisors and coworkers and asking appropriate questions.

Supported departmental tasks to increase understanding of industry processes.
