- Taking physical possessions of mortgaged secured assets across locations by filing CMM / DM application
- Expertise in conducting public auctions through SARFAESI/DRT and getting valuers empaneled for conducting valuation of immovable properties
- Presenting Notes before Acquisition/Resolution Committee consisting of the Chairman, Managing Director and other Key Managerial Personnel
- Preparing future cashflow from the asset in relation to the outstanding face value of the SRs and provide a holistic picture of the extent of expected recovery to the Rating Agencies
- Providing quarterly updates on cases to SR holders/ Investors and resolving their queries
- Drafting and vetting of documents involved in the process of acquisitions and resolutions
- Due Diligence prior acquisition of NPAs or during aggregation of debts
