• Manage acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT assets
• Work with various stakeholders to obtain necessary information and to ensure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and all Configuration Items are up to date
• Knowledge of optimization and control of hardware lifecycle to support the IT Asset management function with respect to cost, control, compliance, and business objectives
• Managing hardware movements, reconcile authorized assets against deployed assets, schedule and run reconciliation and review the results of the reconciliation process
• Generate and distribute various reports, including compliance reports on current assets and CIs and their status also perform trend analyses
• Responsible for Monthly and Quarterly reconciliation for HAM & CMDB
• Define and enhance scheme for identifying hardware and software-related assets as well as CIs, including versioning and dependencies in the asset management tools, attributes, the Contract management library, and the CMDB
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to determine trends in asset performance

Roles & Responsibilities in Procurement Process :

• Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.

• Raising stock order request in ServiceNow tool as the requirement of the Assets.

• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.

• Accountable for the execution of the Configuration Management process in CMDB
• Manage a team of Configuration Analysts delivering the Configuration Management process to multiple accounts
• Checking on quarter intervals for improvements of the services if they are working fine and conducting one if required to setup any operations or Quality process roles in place
• Ensuring that the Project & Services are planned correctly, that the owner and associates are identified correctly and that the work is executed and aligned in a manner to meet the KPI planned deliverables
• Responsible for handling the Transitions Globally to handing over to Services and Projects
