• Experience in Agile environment and familiarity with common Agile concepts and terminology. Working on JIRA Project management tool along with plugins – BigPicture, eazyBi, Tempo timesheets, Handling Daily DSTUMS.
• Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Scrum meetings as Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Project planning, Project Management, execution, monitoring, Expenditure and budget management & closure of the project. Maintains fiscal systems for recording, forecasting, monitoring and budgeting project expenditure.
• High Level plan to co-ordinate different clients on product feature development.
• Track and Monitor project/product plans to include agreed changes.

• I was responsible for managing Client progress meetings both onsite nd off site, ensuring that project goals and client expectations were consistently aligned. My role encompassed overseeing cost control, managing invoicing processes, and resolving invoice payment issues!! In addition, I led efforts in project planning, requirement analysis and ensured compliance with conditions of contract.
