Seeking the challenging and rewarding position of a Food Process Engineer where I can utilize my skills and knowledge which would help the organization to grow and further enhance my growth profile. I am very much interested to develop innovative fortified food products with health benefit which could supplement the nutrients for the consumer. • Presented a paper entitled “Effect of atmospheric pressure cold plasma on the quality parameters of fresh coconut neera” in the International Research Conference Presentation held at Dalhousie University (Virtual) as a part of Global Reach 2023: Solving Agriculture Problems Through Research and Innovation on July 12th - 13th, 2023.
• Presented a paper on Investigation on Fermentation Kinetics of Coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) Neera in the 56th ISAE annual convention during November 9 - 11, 2022 at TNAU, Coimbatore
• Studies on Fermentation Kinetics of Coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) Neera in the International Level Technical Symposium On "Green Technologies For Food Preservation", ESCULENT"22 in the DEPARTMENT OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY, HICET, COIMBATORE (22-04-2022).
• Successfully completed the AICTE sponsored one week STTP (short term training programme) on “Branding of Agricultural commodities and marketing for rural transformation” during 24 – 29 June 2019 at IIPM campus (Indian Institute of Plantation management), Bengaluru.
• Presented a poster entitled ‘Osmotic dehydration of banana followed by mechanical drying’ in the International conference on Emerging scenario in Agribusiness at IIPM, Bengaluru during March 21-22, 2019.
• Presented a poster titled ‘Modelling and drying kinetics of graviola fruit by mechanical drying’ in the International conference IFCON‟18 at CFTRI, Mysuru
• Presented a poster titled ‘Effect of moisture content on the properties of green gram’ during the National level Technicals Symposium, TABE’17 at TNAU, Coimbatore.
• Participated in a short term GIAN course on “Bio-imaging for Food Quality Monitoring and Process automation” at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar for a period of one week, 2018.
• Has been an Organiser for two days Hands-on training on “Professional Cake baking and Design of Icings 2018” in the Department of Food Technology, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.
