• Define solution architecture across Azure, GCP and On-premise and Edge.
• I worked with Jio Cinema team to develop hyper scalable solution during FIFA and IPL streaming
• Identify and POC use cases for cross sell opportunities, customer retention, targeted advertisements (Jio Ads) etc

• MVP scope definition including scope prioritization, Solution architecture, tech stack finalization, project estimation and C-level communication and relationship management.

As Engineering Manager I led globally distributed teams across US, UK, APAC and Australia for various sales and customer facing applications in Java technologies.

• Technical Delivery ownership across diverse tech stack – Access Management services, DevOps, Guidewire, Java, Service Now etc.
• Migration of complex application workloads on Cloud
• Participate in Requirements gathering and impact analysis sessions and oversee Functional design to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.
• Managed greenfield development of Customer Portal for HDFC Life: https://myaccount.hdfclife.com/. The portal supports all key functions of customer and policy servicing such as premium payment, claims, profile changes etc. Over 3 million customers were successfully migrated from old to new platform.
• Managed delivery of hybrid mobile app for AXA HK Health insurance servicing customers across various APAC locations – HK, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
• Led multi-disciplinary development teams for enhancement and support of online sales application. The CSS was consistently over 96% and was voted as the best managed project within the client organization in 2013 and 2014.

Full stack developer and Technical lead within JPMorgan Retail and Credit card line of business. Technical lead for Chase Blueprint program and won Chase Champions award.
