- Maintaining the spare inventory to reduce the downtime during equipment breakdown.
- Work on ERP (Nway software) to maintain Record of machinery like -Logbook entry, material indent, Bill making, Maintenance record.
- All Machines (hire and company) Log Book entry and billing in ERP.
- Coordination and maximum utilization of machinery
- Improving fuel economy of every equipment to reduce running cost
- R.T.O paper, material requisition, Job card/service log in ERP.
- Utilization report,MDPR, in excel and ERP.
- Coordination with regional and Head office.
