JOB SUMMARY:
As a Web Publisher at State Street Global Advisors, play a critical role in managing and maintaining web content across SSGA’s global digital platforms. Ensure the timely and accurate publishing of content that aligns with business objectives, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role involves working closely with content creators, compliance teams, marketers, and developers to deliver an engaging and compliant digital experience to Intermediary and Individual investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Publish and update content on the SSGA website using content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
• Ensure all published materials meet brand, editorial, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize and tailor content for various markets.
• Perform quality assurance and testing of web content for layout, links, functionality, and accuracy.
• Manage digital assets including images, documents, and multimedia components.
• Support the execution of digital campaigns and product launches by preparing and deploying landing pages and other digital assets.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper approvals and documentation are in place before content is published.
• Track publishing requests and status using project management tools or ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Workfront).
• Monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving web-related issues in collaboration with IT and development teams.
