• Documenting Business Requirements, Use Cases, Functional Test Plans, System Test Plans, User Manuals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (developers, project managers, business analysts).
• Leading and mentoring QA teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct/support functional testing to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
• Handling all client communication which included daily status reporting and weekly conference calls.
• Handling all the project related SQA activities.
