  • Leading seven teams spanning IOO and Derivatives groups with run rate exceeding $15 million, with primary focus on project delivery, multi-year technology strategy and execution, financial management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Setup IOO technology teams in APAC region ground up, led cloud transformation across multiple middle office products and setup “follow-the-sun” support model
  • Collaborate with CXOs to define technology roadmap and manage capital allocation effectively.
  • Heading hiring initiative for full-stack developers for over 25 teams across APAC region, collaborating closely with TA/HR teams to define hiring process and manage recruitment channels effectively.

  • Moved from Chicago to Pune to to lead Transfer Agency transformation program technical delivery. As part of this program we hired more than 50 engineers in London, Dublin and India and worked with the Product team to create 12 functional scrum teams. This new product will decrease onboarding time for new clients to just 1 week and streamline processing across more than 20 internal applications
  • Hired more than 100 employees across Chicago, London, Dublin and India in the last 2 years. Led hiring practice for multiple business lines. Worked with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to setup new hiring process, on-boarding process, hiring channels which resulted in streamlining hiring process in APAC region
  • Managed intern hiring process in a short span of 2 months. Worked with Senior APAC management to create presentations for colleges, with Talent Acquisition to identify colleges, conducted hackathon and defined end to end interview process. We were able to hire 60+ interns from colleges across India.
  • Led End User Computation(EUC) group to create multiple bots in a short time of 6 months for our client Liaison teams in Singapore and Manilla. These teams were using a manual FX process which was resulting in high financial risk for the bank. We were able to transform this process and remove all manual touch points

  • Led private cloud onboarding initiative for Bank. As part of this project we moved one of our core trade processing platforms to internal cloud which resulted in annual hardware and labor saving of more than $1 million. We were also able to decrease time to market of new features to less than 1 month and whole project was delivered in less than 2 years
  • Setup high velocity agile teams in Dublin and London. I moved to Dublin on multi month assignment to hire and coach new Agile teams and was able to setup 4 team in short span of time
  • Collaborated with the Executive team to facilitate the retraining of employees transitioning from legacy technology stacks to cloud-based platform
  • Led the collaboration with Pivotal Labs to establish new Agile teams, incorporating Xtreme programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies

  • Driven requirement workshops, elicitation sessions with business partners from 4 different functional groups including product management, technology teams, client service teams and Operations teams
  • Design/Architect new reporting, Audit and BI applications. These were very complex applications dealing with data feeds from more than 50 internal applications through multiple channels and flag data for errors.
