• This NOC provides 24*7 support to internal clients/Google Telephony Platform and handles day to day tasks i.e SMS/MMS Delivery issues, Routings changes, handling emergency (Highest Priority/P0) tickets which are impactful for service and the revenue, Interconnections establishment with external partners/internal clients.
• The Project AIM is to provide the best support to the widely known application in aspects of SMS/MMS services between application user and product owner
• Help to Built and improved network documentation and training procedures to lead a successful 24 members of team completing high-quality work.
• The team works cross functionally along with Voice and automation engineers so we as a team work with automation folks to automate the mostly repetitive & doable tasks and i contribute either side of the work by proposing the requirement of repetitive task and help the automation engineer(PLX,MySQL,workflow design)
• Try to provide the solutions within the decided SLO/SLA to the internal clients or the external partner whether it is a feature request /bug or any other requirement.

Client - Google (SMS & Voice Operations)

• Maintained and expanded external partner relationships through SMPP ,SS7 protocols and beneficial interconnections with network carriers like BT, Sinch and many other partners.
• The Project AIM is to provide the best support to the widely known application in aspects of SMS/MMS services between application user and product owner .
• Monitored network activities to quickly detect and resolve operational and security issues.
• Planned and implemented effective disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Implemented scalable, efficient and cost-effective network automation framework.
• Frequent Customer (Google FTEs) interaction over different agenda based on to demand of situation and provide the data with evidence to justify the service is impactful or NSA.

• In Mahindra Comviva on the project of SMS-HUB platform for customer Airtel SMS-HUB.
• Handle all Customer Queries/Complaints/new requirements/New client onboarding/New operators onboarding via SMSC/Carrier aggregator onboarding and ensure timely closure.
• Understanding customer requirements for any configuration change required in the system.
• Preparing MOP for the same and implementing it in the system.
• Performing routine Health Check of all the systems to ensure smooth operation of Value Added Services.
• Preparing and presenting Daily, weekly and monthly system reports as required by customers.
• Collecting and analyzing system stats to enhance and optimize system performance.
• Monitoring system and second level alarms and taking appropriate action based upon the severity.
