• To look after the project and spare sales of screw-type ammonia and Freon chillers, ranging from +7°C to -70°C, with capacities varying from 70 TR to 1200 TR.
• To look after the pre-dispatch checklist and make sure all the needed materials are dispatched to the site along with the plant.
• To ensure that the initial alignment of the motor and compressor is done within the approved range.
• To communicate with the client for the GA drawing, the foundation drawing.
• To make sure, the layout is according to the P&L diagram; gas lines, panel connections, and valves (PWM valve, globe valve) are done after dispatching the plant.
• To look after the material selection, check the material availability.
• Details include knowledge about the production of components for screw chillers and reciprocating chillers, such as the knock-out drum, oil separator, and heat exchanger.
• To visit the site, if needed, for critical installation.
• To support the junior engineer and provide training to them initially.
• Time management for completing the order and production planning.

• Details about knowledge of laser cutting machines, plasma cutting, gas cutting, laser welding machines, and SAW welding machines.
• Details include knowledge of all pipeline grades, boiler quality plates, dish ends, kadau rings, etc.
• I manage the certification of all components (internal test certificate, MTC of all materials).
• I handle the TPI inspection.
• Received the start performance of the year in advance techno system for performing the most number of on-time, all-complete projects without any failure of components.
