Professional Achievements:

1. Worked with Northern Railways as TC from 2000- 2002.

2. Worked with Indian Postal Services (Central Govt Job) as Postal Assistant from 2002 till Present.

Coaching Achievements :

Mentoring and coaching Badminton players since 2007. Started coaching in a single court Badminton Hall at Community Center, Sector 7, Panchkula in 2007 from where moved on to construct a 6 court Badminton Academy namely TSBA: Tricity Shuttlers Badminton Academy in Dhakoli, Zirakpur. My trained players have represented India at different levels, won medals and earned accolades for their performances in National and International tournaments. At present I am training 4 groups of players from beginners, Intermediate to professional level in TSBA with more than 150 players training under me. A few achievements of players training with me are listed below:

1. Sania Sethi: Winner of Bronze Medal in Junior Nationals, Winner of Gold in School games under 19 years. Represented India in World University Championship.

2. Abhishek Saini: Mens single, doubles and mixed doubles state Champion since last 4 years, Bronze medal in Junior Nationals in 2018, 3 times Gold Medalist in All India Inter University Championship, won three Gold and player of the tournament in Chandigarh state Badminton Championship 2020, Punjab University, Chandigarh silver medal winner in Khelo India University games 2020, Represented India in World University Championship, Malaysia in the year 2019.

3. Samarveer: Boys single, doubles and mixed doubles state Champion since last 4 years, winner of under 17 singles state championship 2020, Silver medalist in Under 15 National Championship held at Bhubneshwar in 2019, winner of 2 Bronze medals in under 15 National Ranking Championship held at Imphal and Gawahati in 2019, Participated in Asia Badminton Championship held at Saurabya, Indonesia in 2019.

4. Rijul Saini: Silver medalist in Under 15 National Championship held at Bhubneshwar in 2019, winner of 2 Bronze medals in under 15 National Ranking Championship held at Imphal and Gawahati in 2019, Participated in Asia Badminton Championship held at Saurabya, Indonesia in 2019, winner of state championship under 17 and under 19 in the year 2020.

5. Shagunpreet: State woman champion in under 15 girls category in year 2020, National rank holder no 8.

6. Kanishka Kalia: State Champion under 15 in year 2019, Silver medal winner in school games under 14 in year 2018.

7. Krishna Sharma: State Champion under 13 singles and doubles, doubles runner up under 15 in year 2019, participated in National Championship at Bhagalpur in 2019.

8. Rihaan Phutela: State Champion under 13 doubles in year 2019, second runner up in under 15 doubles year 2020, participated in National Championship at Bhagalpur in 2019.

9. Vanshika Sharma: State Champion in under 13 girls singles and doubles in the year 2020.

10. Rajat Saini: Represented in Nationals in last 4 years, mens doubles state champion in year 2019 and 2020.
