• Working Area: Air separation unit (ASU) & Nitrogen Liquefier. Total of Capacity: N2 – 1100 TPD, O2 – 740 TPD
• Monitor trends of critical parameters to identity impending abnormalities and notify shift in- charge (shift superintendent) for corrective actions and monitored processes and machine systems by observing readings on control boards. Controlled manufacturing plant operations using Emerson(Delta V) software.
• Continuously monitor Panel for any significant changes in operating parameters, alarms etc.
• And take corrective action whenever deviation is observed. Controlling emergency condition/situation as defined in ERCP.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, Monitored compliance with plant procedures, safety and sanitation protocols as well as government regulation.
• Coordinate system shutdown and start up through panel operation and communication to field analysis.
• Analyzed and inspected operating units such as towers, storage tanks and other units to check operation and improve efficiency.
• Proven ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems.

Working Area:

Commissioning & Operation of Air Separation Unit, Fire Water Pump House, Compressor House, DM-CPU unit, Cooling Tower, ETP, Chemical storage area.

• Worked as Area Owner of Utility block during shift as Field Operator.
• Have a experience of commission of new facilities too, already involved in P& ID Review, HAZOP Preparation And Cause And Effect preparation of respective plants during construction stage. Knowledge of Plant Startup, from Foundation Erection to Staring of Production.
• From Instrumentation Involved in of Equipment checking dry loop, wet loop sequence checking and troubleshooting with help of Instrument Team.
• Efficiently operated equipment Such as Compressor, Pump, Turbines Storage Tank, Cryogenic equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Carry out operations of manual valves, taking samples as per steps defined in Standard Operating Procedures. 
• Active role in PTW – Permit to work, isolation/restoration, LOTO, Tool box talk.
• Maintain LPR-ZT rules, Up to date documentation, housekeeping in filed area, Active role in safety observations and near miss reporting.
• Handled hazardous material by following all safety and process requirements.
