• Heading the projects vertical of the entire company which includes construction of gas intake & distribution facilities, CNG/LCNG retail outlets, Steel & PE gas pipeline networks and connecting domestic, commercial & industrial customers. Delivered 340000 DPNG connections, which is highest in India by any CGD company in FY25. Led the team to construct 40 new CNG retail outlets in a year and commissioned 245 Km of Gas pipeline network Working with internal & external stakeholders for effective troubleshooting and clearing the bottle necks so as to execute the projects in stipulated timelines by ensuring quality, budget and safety at site.

Headed CGD operations of Saurashtra region including projects division for CNG/LCNG development with full P&L responsibilities. Grew the BU division to 3X in revenues and having accumulated an iconic list of projects in CGD arena. Led, involved and teamed for construction of 400+ CNG and 4 LNG stations. Spearheaded various Gas offtake facilities for streamline operations. Led implementation of Enterprise GIS system & mapped 11000 Km of gas pipeline. Led & implemented IMS incorporating QMS, EMS & OHSAS. Have handled organization wide responsibilities in the areas of Project Management, Technical Services, Network Design & Planning, Asset Integrity, and Operations & Maintenance.

• Heading the project division for KV engine manufacturing plant and responsible for timely completion of the project ensuring utmost quality and complying HSE performances. Lynchpin in project management, construction planning & execution, stakeholder management and performance measurement. Led the team of 11 associate assistant managers and engineers with multi-disciplinary expertise and also formed an effective project monitoring system, which was then implemented across all departments in the organization.
