1. Microsoft Collaboration: Voice

• Manage & monitor VCMT to UCaaS site migration with multiple global internal teams & clients in different time zones.
• Communicate with high priority end user for any technical issue and monitoring that with relevant support team.
• Monitor billing activity on potential closed sites to reduce operational expense.

2. Microsoft Teams Room Global deployment

• Gather specific requirements from different sites and creating required product catalogue.
• Performed vendor selection from multiple bids
• Maintain project status in Smartsheet

3. AV/VC contract management

• Monitor & maintain service records as per agreed contract.
• Check if services are within operational budget and also aligned with agreed standards.

1. Enterprise IP infrastructure Service Delivery:

• Managed end-to-end IP infrastructure delivery for UK Enterprise customers.
• Assisted as the SME to a team of 11 individuals across 3 managed service product desks.
• SPOC for regular internal audits & SOX audits across 3 product desks.

2. BT Street Hubs:

• Deployment of public wifi zones across UK.

1. Technical Support:

• Took inbound calls that catered to issues related to different Internet products for UK Telecommunication client.
• Prepared various reports ranging from CSATS, transfer rates, call volumes and AHT.
