  Reporting & Dashboards – Generate custom SCCM reports (SSRS), Intune dashboards, and automated email reports on patching, device health, and compliance status.
  ITSM & License Management – Manage incidents, service requests (ServiceNow), and oversee license assignments for enterprise environments.
