Azure DevOps CSS Team is responsible for supporting the customers around the globe who are using Azure DevOps services and Azure DevOps Server.

Responsibilities:

• Worked on TFS and VSTS issues and troubleshooting.
• Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of Project.
• Provide technical, consultative, and delivery support services to customers using Azure, Azure DevOps, TFS and other DevOps tools which are integrated with Azure DevOps.
• Currently, playing the role of Azure DevOps Engineer in the team to help and guide frontline Engineers in understanding and resolving customer issues.
• Setting up reproduction environments and reproducing the issues to identify the cause of an issue and resolving accordingly.
• Helping customers in Azure Active Directory migration from the backend and resolve issues related to Azure Subscriptions and Visual Studio Subscriptions.
• Explore the different marketplace extensions functionality which we suggest to the customers as per their requirements.
• Assist customers in configuring CI/CD pipelines using the available Azure Pipelines features to help their DevOps implementations.
• Provide technical support by customizing their scripts, REST API procedures that helps customers in automating the Build, Release and Cloud provisioning activities.
• Assist customers in code migration from GitHub to Azure Repos git.
• Suggest customers in branching and merging strategy and help them in fixing issues related to Azure Repos GIT, GitHub and TFVC repositories.
• Assist customers in setting up the Agent Pools.
• Troubleshooting the Authentication issue related to Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
