• Helped business increase daily production capacity from 1.1 To 2 MT for Glanbia by Validating New blenders (6kl and 7kl capacity).
• Developed and harmonized & Validated Packaging components(tubs, scoop, mastercases) reducing PM count from 210 to 164. Reducing supply chain complexity.

• Site Quality lead & Handled Manufacturing sites for maintaining quality systems/ procedures for (RM, PM & FG) their testing and documentation.
• Developed and maintained Validation Master Plans and executed them for newer launches.
