• Troubleshooting of IBM TSM versions 6.1 and 6.3 backup and restore problems.
• Worked on different flavors of Operating Systems (Including windows, Linux, Solaris, IBM Aix, VM servers) in our environment.
• Performing data restoration whenever required.
• Performed full server restore for physical and Virtual server.
• Health check of the servers and Checking Error Reports, if any Recovery Log or Database or Storage Pool issues, troubleshooting based on the criticality.
