• Procurement and end-to-end project management activities for wind turbine blade moulds, including strategic negotiation, e-auction, supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and delivery management.
• Managed CAPEX procurement projects for blade manufacturing infrastructure and tooling.
• Technology Transfer contracts and licensing of new blade technology by coordinating with technical teams, legal advisors, and global licensor's.
• Collaborated with engineering and R&D teams to support development and prototyping of new wind turbine blade designs & testing.
• Oversaw commercial negotiations and long-term vendor contracts to ensure best value and performance.
• Streamlined procurement processes to reduce lead times and improve cost efficiency across development projects.
• Monitored supplier performance using KPIs and implemented corrective actions to maintain quality and reliability standards.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully managed six blade moulds and CAPEX for six line from procurement to Installation & Commissioning phase.
• Contributed to the successful rollout of two new blade technologies from concept to production phase.
• Contributed to the successful blade testing (Static and Fatigue Testing) of one of the new blade technologies.
• Developed a strategic vendor base for specialized mould suppliers, CAPEX to ensure supply continuity by managing world class quality.
