• Familiar with application of International Standards for process piping like, ANSI/ASME B31.3, and ASTM specifications, with basic knowledge of ASME B16.5, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11 etc.
• Co-ordination with various contractors and vendors for the successful completion of the project.
• Ensuring quality control in the job execution at sites along with prevention of wastage.
• Responsible for the line checking pretesting and reinstatement of the post testing for according to the project specification.
• Familiar with various piping materials like Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Carbon steel, Low Temperature Carbon Steel etc.
• Managed various key operations during Brown Field Jobs involving Live Line Tie-ins, Lifting Over Live line, Hot Work near live Lines, Modifications of live lines at ASAB CDS Unit, ADNOC Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• ADNOC Certified Job Performer 2018 -2021.
• Managed various key operations during glorious service in Jamnagar Refinery project gaining insightful exposure of overall Piping Fabrication, Erection, Welding Inspection, Quality procedures and various site management functions.
