• Led significant automation drives (under Automation Lead’s supervision), resulting in increased efficiency & cost savings. (16 use cases).
• Provided Weekly detailed automation use case updates to the Geo Automation Manager & Automation Lead for the account including progress on key automation projects, challenges faced, and recommendations for scaling and optimizing existing solutions.
• Automation Maturity Index Score maintenance: Meticulous reporting ensured consistent AMI score critical for the account’s DMI Score.Updated the Automation slides for Monthly/Quarterly Business Review PPTs & reporting WDB Report.
• Developed PowerShell scripts for the below:
• Automate the process of updating DNS across 700 Windows VMs via PDQ Deploy & IDrac. Man hrs saved- 35 hrs.
• Automate the addition of computer name to local admin group on 200+ Windows server via Ansible Tower. Man hrs saved 11 hrs.
• Automated cleaning up unnecessary files (temp files) on the C drive for 700 Windows server to free up space and improve server performance. This script was scheduled to run regularly through Ansible Tower, ensuring optimal disk space usage across servers. Man hrs saved- 5 hrs.
• Automated monitoring, reporting CPU & Memory utilization on Windows servers. The script provided real-time usage data and was integrated into Ansible Tower for automated reporting and alerting when thresholds were exceeded.
• Automated upgrade of TLS version on 100 Windows servers from TLS 1.0/1.1 to TLS 1.2. The script modified registry settings to disable older TLS protocols and ensure TLS 1.2 was enabled and prioritized for secure communications. Deployed via PDQ Deploy. Man hrs saved- 11 hrs.
• RMDC- Windows Hyper-V: Prompt with ticket creation, resolution and troubleshooting. No SLA Breaches.
• Worked on multiple vulnerabilities including WinVerifyTrust, Microsoft Silverlight, Apache Version Upgrade, TLS Version Upgrade.
