• Single handedly developed a team of 3 engineers and 4 technicians to run chassis Data analysis of emission results for ensuring test correctness, system validation and verification and subsequently preparing test reports.
• Ensuring test and test system reliability : root cause analysis, PDCA deployment PUMA parametrization for new test cases, device, CAN communication etc.
• Supervising technicians for vehicle instrumentation for various sensors, emission equipment, fuel meters etc.
• To support product development and evaluation requirements.
• Lead a project team comprising members from customer, contractors, vendors and engine/vehicle development.
• Ensure effective planning, coordination & communications between project team engaged in ongoing operations.
• Assisted the project manager in maintaining documents pertaining to project's status, finance, schedule, risks, and scope performance.
