Currently pursuing MCA from Manipal University with over 19+ years of experience in providing support on Microsoft technology and Service Management. In this carrier path I have gained proficiency and enhanced my knowledge on various Microsoft technologies like SCCM 2007/2012 and 5.3 years of experience with Enterprise Systems Management team in Infosys. 7+ year in Intel. The scope of the Project is bounded to Incident Management along with AD, AV, MDT, SCCM, and DHCP/DNS. SCCM 2007 SP1 is the core monitoring Tool used to manage/monitor Infrastructure. SCCM for Patch management. In terms of ITIL framework, we are involved in Incident management, Change management, Problem management, and Configuration management & IT Operations management.

  • Working as a team lead for team size of 26 members.
  • Managing the Vendor for various hardware’s/software’s and all IT infrastructure related procurement.
