1. Front Floor Panel 

 Description:

• Design of Panels according to BIW guidelines & Client requirement.

• Making Parametric modeling as per all guidelines.

• Considering all surrounding data and its clearances and its mounting.

• Design as per Standards and regulations.

• Working in parametric methodology with point base axis system.

• Coordinate with CAE department for analysis and modification.

2. Front Cross Member

Description:

• To design Front Cross Member as per specification and input data.

• Creation of new 2d drawing developed with implementation of GD&T.

• Coordinate with Manager for design input and approval.

• Creation of components drawing info-Fitment drawing.

3. Middle Floor Panel

 Description:

• To design Middle Floor Panel as per specifications and input data.

• Parametric Modeling as per requirement and surrounding data.

• Creation of new 2-D drawings developed with implementation of GD&T.

• Coordinate with Manager for Design input and approval.

4. Air Bag ECU MTG BRKT 

Description:

• Creation CAD model by using surrounding input.

• Prepare 2-D drawing with implementation of GD&T symbols.

• Modification in CAD models as per customer requirements.

• Coordinate with CAE team for analysis and modification of product.
