The AT&T Enterprise provides network, voice and data services to enterprise customers. The OMS is an application for capturing and managing the orders, which made up of two parts: OCX and OMX. The OCX is responsible for collecting order related technical and functional information from various stakeholders and get it ready for OMX to actually place the order. And The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is part of OCX which helps to provide the set of interfaces to users to negotiate and place an order.

In the AT&T enterprise, I contributed to the OMX (Order Management Express) application, which is responsible for interacting with all the different systems to place an order. This involves seamless integration with external systems through EJB and web services, ensuring end-to-end order from creation to delivery, leveraging the information collected from OCX. And Flowfree is the Amdocs mediator application which helps to store the order details and ensure the progression of order.
