Automotive engineering is my passion and profession. I have a degree in Production Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College Of Engineering and a diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology from Muchhala Polytechnic, Thane. I have acquired multiple skills in procurement management, 3D CAD, manufacturing process improvement, and lean manufacturing throughout my education and career.
Currently, I Contribute to strategic sourcing and procurement of components and materials for various automotive projects at Karkhana.io, a venture building platform. I work with cross-functional teams to identify the best suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery and quality standards. I also leverage my 3D CAD skills to design and optimize parts and assemblies for electric vehicles. Previously, I was the Lead Designer (EV Powertrains) at Seltra Automotive LLP, where I designed and developed innovative and efficient powertrain systems for electric vehicles. I managed a team of engineers and technicians, and oversaw the testing and validation of the prototypes. I also contributed to the process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives of the company, resulting in reduced waste and increased productivity.
