• Credit Card Statement Cost, Analyzed the growing trend in the credit card physical statement cost and worked with O&T and business management team to see how digital acceptance amongst consumer be improved, the project is an ongoing one and has improved the statement e-penetration from 11% in 2017 to 23% by the mid of 2019.
• Credit Score and its impact on top line growth, I worked on a presentation to showcase how consumer credit scores and modern big data capabilities can be used to tap less ventured sources of revenue by creating engaging customer relationships.

• Citibank (CSIPL, Mumbai), Manager, 11/2012, Present, Senior member of the GCB (Global Consumer Banking) finance consolidation team, overseeing planning/forecasting/budgeting for Credit Cards, Retail bank, Mortgages and Commercial business globally, supporting the GCB CFO’s team based from New York and creating valuable analysis to be “best for the clients”, Financial Planning/Forecasting/Budgeting, Leading the financial planning activities from the Mumbai center, the job requires review of macroeconomic variables such as interest rates, unemployment rate, CPI etc and analyze if forecast looks as expected, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to review their numbers and handout tasks. Critically evaluating direct cost increments and aligning headcount to their respective compensation, facilitating quality assurance of plan numbers to get the get the best of the forward looking numbers
• JP Morgan Services Indian Private Limited, Senior Team Member, 07/2010, 10/2012, The role involved working closely with custody Escrow clients and facilitating Pay on Standard (POS) on pay date after receiving claim letter., Process/Tool Improvement, Single handedly drove the automation project of eliminating manual intervention of creating SWIFT messages and smooth passage of funds; it not only helped JP Morgan create efficiency (0.5 FTE) but also facilitated quick movement of funds on pay date creating greater client delight.
