• Managing and providing operation level support for Ribbon 5K/7K Series SBC ,PSX & EMS.
• Managing and Upgrading Netscout NgeniusOne and Infinistream tools.
• Packet Analysis and Debugging based on SIP protocol.
• Document and Present RCA for SBC outages.

• Plan, Implement, manage and monitor Belk Enterprise Voice Network across the 300 Retails stores in US region.
• Provide Vendor coordination and support
• Responsible for day-to-day operations in the Voice platform which includes CUCM and Avaya PBX
• Voicemail configuration and Call Handler management in Cisco Unity Connection & Cisco Unity Express.
• H.323 Gateway troubleshooting and debugging.
• Migrated Client’s Legacy PBX setups to Cisco in 240 sites
