Was called from Rolex Boutique, The Chanakya to the Saket store to take charge for the Rolex as everything was scattered and unorganized. Within a month’s time, made all the operations seamless by organizing the stock, all the reports and clearing all the unaccounted transactions.


  • Highest achievement in the north zone (09/2020)

Achieved 230%, 250% vs targets respectively for consecutive 2 weeks in September which was highest for any crew in the north zone.


  • Increased the footwear sales (03/2018 – 08/2019)

After struggling with less sales in the early first quarter of 2019, we focused on footwear coordination, subfamily report and team training and development for optimal sales.
