• Prepare CP Index F&V. Prepare Fill rate of Hyperlocal store, Supermarket as well as vendor. Update Projection PO for store & prepare vendor indent for Kolkata. Also maintain in-stock data Total Responsibility regarding vendor receiving at DC as well as Super Market. Providing Vendor accounts reconciliation as needed. Prepare MTD file for Kolkata as well as rejection data both Stores & Vendor end. Assist Sourcing team to purchase Fruits & Vegetable from market daily basis & Prepare Daily pricing sheet. Prepare TAT for both Vendor & Stores. Providing information & Support to internal and Statutory Auditors Expertise on File Management, MIS Report. New vendor or farmer searching & code creation. Surprise visit at DC as well as Hyperlocal & Supermarket Darkstores. Knowledge about Fruits & Vegetable quality related. Working as a part of DC inbound support. Also have knowledge of outbound activity at DC or CC level. Any other task by the Management as per their requirement. Profile Details Vendor Schedule, Daily Indenting & PO creation. Daily 15-20 ton F&V Procurement from various mandi. Total Responsibility regarding vendor receiving at DC as well as Super Market. Strategic Sourcing & Pricing Analysis. Negotiate with vendors (Price, Margin, Promo scheme & Duration) & Planning for promotion. Taking care of stock at DC level & ensure Quality for finished goods at CPC level. Monitoring various mandi in Kolkata & Visit them physically also alternatively. Responsible about 100% fill rate at DC level with good quality along with best price from market. Expertise on File Management, MIS Report. New vendor or farmer searching & code creation. Monitoring Regular F&V Records (Sourcing, Supply details, Vendor Registration, Pricing, Quality Record, Finished product release record). Supplier Relationship Management, Engage in development as well as business development. Daily basis ensure GRN on time with actual & Vendor Fill rate. Sales Price Benchmarking vs Price update SKU. Ensure compliance to the production standards & continuous in the timing of sourcing. Any other task by the Management as per their requirement. Vendor payment related issue resolution.
