• Comprehensive understanding of IPSEC (IKEv1 and IKEv2) tunnel design, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Working experience with routing infrastructure: OSPF/BGP.
• Provide support with Palo Alto VM firewall deployment and troubleshooting.
• Provide support with configuration and troubleshooting issues with logging and reporting with Panorama VM, M-100, M-200, M-500 and M-600 platforms.

• Managing support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups are done in a timely manner.
• Advance troubleshooting on all Palo Alto platforms.
· Handling level 2 tickets of all global customers and provide support in a timely manner and root cause analysis as well if required.
· Responsible for deploying, designing, configuring, maintaining, and fixing most of the network security implementations for global customers.
