• 24/7 Monitoring of IMS Network.
• Instantly acted on observed alarms & raised it to fault management / L2 to avert an outage.
• Identified & raised critical / catastrophic alarms timely to Fault management maintaining 100 % compliance with SLA.
• Performed alarm analysis, thus enabling resolution of persisting alarms in IMS by notifying concerned teams.
