Bibek Roy

I am an engineering grad and having almost four and a half years of experience in various fields. In my current position I look after US mortgage operation and responsible maintaining production, quality and efficiency matrices of the team. My role includes day to day operation, SLA tracking, training and development in team specific processes. Earlier I also served my current organization as SME and Team lead with different responsibilities. My core competencies are : Team building, content creation and deliver, process training and assessment.

- I helped the organization to adapt to new investor guidelines in March 2021. That project ran under my supervision and control. The project was closed well within deadline and after release it helped the team to reduce the process time from 25 minute per file to 20 minute per file and also QC escalations reduced by 10%.

- I onboarded more than 300 employees and handled their process training.

- For consistent performance and going above and beyond I was promoted as SME withing 7 months of joining . Post that became a Team Lead and manager after that.
