• Coordination with internal department (Marketing & sales) explaining the issues / challenges related to claims & finding resolution by collaboration with team members.
• Escalation issues related to claims to be handled with topmost priority & ensure that customer is happy within given policy ambit.
• Evaluate All electronic claims processes, reports, settlements, generate reports, analysis & ensure that all such claims are settled within agreed timeframes.
