- Company Overview: IndiGo operates in accordance with the IATA worldwide slot guidelines/MoCA slot allocation guidelines.
- Managing Slot coordination for all airports where IndiGo operates in accordance with the IATA worldwide slot guidelines/MoCA slot allocation guidelines
- Maintaining strong rapport with Key Stakeholders (both internal and external) for slot approvals, night parking, landing permits, slot alignment and other approvals, future expansion/ plans, growth strategies - External Stakeholders - Airports Authorities, DGCA, Defense Airports, MoCA, International Airport operators, JVW operators, etc.
- Internal Stakeholders - Long term, short term, Operations, Eng, Flt Ops, etc.
- Support & provide slot availability insights to schedule planning & design group for schedule optimization
- Prepare and file season slot filling as per the Domestic & International Slots coordination activity calendar deadlines and as per the planned schedule in prescribed format by AAI, Airport operators and regulators with the help of Sabre Air vision and other available tools
- Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, legal and statutory requirements, and industry guidelines
- Ensure to be knowledgeable of all changes/updates to slot related, Night parking policies, guidelines, and waivers from time to time
- Ensure the slot set is always up to date in Sabre Air Vision and circulation of Slot approvals internally as an when the approvals are in place
- Ensuring all the internal Slots related SOPs, policies are up to date and revised in timely Manner
- Represent IndiGo & take active participation in Domestic and International slot conferences
- Data Analytics:
- Identify sources of data collection from Airline/Airport systems, liaise with internal teams and IT to automate MIS that shall be ready to use by Management and internal teams’ usage
- Supervise & Guide to develop and improve the Airline slots analytics and help team to develop the BI dashboards to improve the efficiency of decision making during the Airport coordinate
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: Any Graduate
- Skills preferred: Stakeholder Management, MS Office suit, Sabre Air vision - Slot Manager and Schedule Manager modules, Knowledge in any BI tool - like Power BI, etc. (is an advantage)
