Different types of branch operations and processes includes Account Opening, KYC Verification and Compliance including CIP, CDD, EDD, etc., Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance, CTS Clearing, RTGS/ NEFT transactions, Demand draft and Pay Orders, Cheque Books, ATM, Team Management, Cash Management Services, Deposits, Credit and Risk Management, Audit Control and Taxation, Gold loan, Supply Chain Finance, Transactions and Key Authorisations, Interacting with the customers and delivering the best finance solution to them after the consultation. Leading the team of CRO's, BDE's, etc. for the operations and retail business of the branch with full adherence to compliance & process.
Branch operations are based on ERP module structure which involves the usage of the softwares such as Maarvel, LAPS, RDBMS, CRM, CSB NEO APP, IFUSION, IBO, ETHIC, MS-Excel.
Infrastructure/ Premises Management and Transaction Banking Group Infrastructure Management activities including tendering process, maintenance of office building/ quarters & work related to setting up of new branches/offices. Transaction Banking Group for the Cash Management Services through Service Providers such as Radiant CMS and others.
Relationship Manager - Marketing (Team Lead - CASA) Opening of Savings and Current accounts at branch level with the help of welcome kits provided to the customers for account activation. To Acquire and Manage HNI customers and drive the incremental business from the Existing customers and seeking referrals by ensuring highest level of service.
Digital Banking - Netbanking, Mobile Banking, UPI, POS, BharatQR, etc. Experience in Digital Banking includes different channels of payments such as ATM cards activation and issuance management, Internet banking, Mobile banking, POS Machines, Bharat QR PayApp, BHIM UPI PayApp, E-Wallets including strong understanding of Retail and Corporate Banking. Additionally, hands on experience in the Operations or Process management with respect to Digital Payments processing in the Banking sector.
Credit Analyst & Operations - Retail Loans and Corporate Loans including Working Capital/SME Loans with Documentation Hands on experience in Credit Vertical esp. in Lending and Servicing Retail Loans such as LAP, Car/ Auto Loan, Home Loan, Gold Loan as well as Working Capital/ SME i.e. Cash Credit loans, Supply Chain Finance and Non-funded limits such as Bank Guarantees also as per requisite Terms and Conditions along with Documentation part.
Insurance / Bancassurance Vertical Hands on experience in Life Insurance and General Insurance Vertical of Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Co., HDFC Life Insurance Co., Reliance General Insurance, ICICI Lombard Insurance as our tie-up partners.
Marketing of CASA products plus Fixed deposits, Recurring deposits, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM/Debit Cards, POS Machine, Bharat QR applications, UPI transaction, Retail loans such as Home loan, Vehicle loan and Working Capital/ SME loans and other banking products.
Foreign Exchange - SWIFT Messaging, Bills Purchase & Discounting, TT Issuance and Realization, Forward Contracts Booking Dealing in Foreign exchange transactions using SWIFT based network along with different types of Bills Discounting, Purchase and Realization, TT transactions (both inward and outward types), Foreign Currency DD issuance, Forward Contracts booking.
Branch Administration and Team Handling Experience in handling the Team and Works related to the Branch Operations and the Administration for proper and smooth functioning.
LC Bill Discounting Discounting of inward bills issued by other banks based on LC issued by the Banks.
General Ledger Reports Hands on experience with works related to General Ledger Reports, Exception Transaction Reports and other reports on daily basis to analyze the achievements against allotted budgets on different parameters.
Annual and Half Yearly Closing Statements Experience in the works related to preparation of Annual and Half yearly closing statements at the end and mid of the financial year respectively.
Gold loans portfolio management with disbursal and sanction to the customers requiring loans against pledging of the Gold Ornaments in the branch.
