Mortgage Due Diligence - Conducted the Due Diligence Underwriting of US Mortgages (post funding) and closed loans for the client, a leader in Mortgage Risk Analysis & provides risk assessments for secondary market mortgage investors

• Handled the activities of Pre Funding Quality Check, checked for significant discrepancies in information provided by the applicant through various sources and provided quality check analysis of the borrower’s character and credibility
• Verified that whether the various Federal acts (RESPA, ECOA, GBA, FCRA and TILA) have been satisfactorily addressed before closing the loan as per Underwriting Guidelines
