• Explore new locations, analyze the market need and identify which product is suitable
• Covering area Chennai, Villupuram, Trichy, Madurai, Kanchipuram, Pondy and Vellore
• Analyzing the proposal before submitting to Credit
• To Maintain AUM of 150Crs and Generate Revenue of 25Cr
• Monitoring the teams daily through Teams call and joining them to visit the client as and when required to close the deal
• Make sure that client doesn't fall into OD
• Ensure that Client requirement is fulfilled and monitor them throughout the year
• Ensuring that the team is achieving the desired target
• Train the team to onboard more Associate and making them active month on month target.
